The Modern Kitchen Simplified

I'm totally into the movement in kitchens to become less complicated. This kitchen from Toronto architect Donald Chong does just that. Canning, pickling, and growing your own veggies are the direction that we need to go. Local food, fresh ingredients are what it's about. We don't need huge amounts of prepackaged, chemical laden food taking up our spaces. Simple, clean cabinetry and storage will make our lives better!
